Processing:

Plate processing includes plasma cutting, high definition plasma cutting, plasma beveling, abrasive water jet cutting, band saw cutting, laser cutting and many more. Rapid cooling from above the critical temperature adds ductility in 410S also it does not harden and remains soft.

Chromium content in 410 stainless steel grade plates provides good workability under corrosive environments, heat resistance, and high strength for typical applications. Packing and shipment:

Products are firstly wrapped in Plastic wrapping or bubble sheets to avoid scratches. Products are being safely placed in wooden boxes or else plywood crates to avoid external damage to goods while transiting. Also, markings are also done on each product one by one. Marking is done on top of the product to provide information regarding the product and quality of the content. Base level marking such as the trademark of the company, dimensional information, size, grade, product number, and batch number is specified on the outer surface of the product or the packing.

Quality assurance:

Quality of the product is assured by testing products on various parameters. These parameters include a sequence of tests that are being conducted on each level of production. Mechanical, physical and chemical properties are tested through these tests. Some of the tests are the micro and macro test, positive material identification test, flattering test, hardness test, mechanical testing, pitting resistance test, flaring test, and many more.
