Our Team

At Psychoflakes Counselling Centre we have a therapist team dedicated to providing therapy to individuals seeking support and guidance for a variety of mental health concerns. We recognize that every individual has unique needs and experiences, which is why we utilize multiple approaches to tailor our therapy sessions to each client’s needs.

Our therapist team includes professionals who have their Masters in Counselling/Clinical Psychology with specialized training and expertise in a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and more.

We believe in the importance of collaboration between the therapist and client, and we work to establish a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
