In year 1970

Ganesh Dass Chawla Charitable Trust was registered in year 1970 when he first started free OPD dispensary at Balimaran, Delhi (1971) in the memory of his daughter, a dowry-death victim.

In year 1997

A 40-bedded hospital was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Delhi, Shri Sahib Singh Verma and Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Delhi, Shri Tejendra Khanna.

In year 2001

The Cardiology centre of Saroj Super Speciality was inaugurated by the then Hon’ble President of India, Late Shri K R Narayanan and later hospital was upgraded to 111 beds with all specialities.

In year 2011

Our hospital laboratory got NABL Accreditation (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories).

In year 2013

Our hospital got NABH Accreditation (National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare Providers).

In year 2014

Established Saroj Hospital & Advanced Surgical Institute with tertiary care for advanced surgical procedures equipped with Robotic surgery, CUSA and APCs.

In year 2015

Multi-organ transplant unit for Liver & Kidney Transplants was commissioned
