Sports Rehabilitation Program

The sports rehabilitation program at The Spine and Sports Health is designed for athletes and active individuals recovering from sprains, ligament injuries, muscle tears, fractures or overuse conditions. Dr. Vipul Jain, a former national-level athlete and sports physiotherapist, builds each program around the specific demands of the patient's sport and their current physical condition. Treatment combines chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy, kinesiology taping and sport-specific conditioning exercises. The program also includes injury prevention strategies to reduce the risk of re-injury once the patient returns to training. National-level players in hockey and shooting have used this program to improve both recovery speed and on-field performance.
