Flying Doctors India, a part of the Medanta group, is a dedicated team of professionally qualified doctors, paramedic pilots, and support staff experienced in airlifting patients from one place to another.

At Medanta, we believe that all patients should have access to world-class treatment regardless of where they reside. That’s why we even fly to remote areas where no other air ambulance operator flies to get emergency patients better care in a different city. Our air medical ambulance is loaded with state-of-art advanced life support systems, and we have saved more than 7,000 lives onboard.

Our experienced physicians and nurses have received special training in trauma and medical emergencies and can fly within 45 minutes to 2 hours’ notice. Moreover, we are the first Indian operator to get approval for special situations and pandemics and have flown more than 500 emergency medical flights during COVID saving numerous lives onboard.

Apart from providing air medical ambulance services, we also provide other health care conveniences such as medical cargo services. We also have the distinction of being one of the few medical institutes in India that provides tertiary medical treatment onboard an airplane even at 45,000 feet altitude.
