We have a reason to build homes in a forest or create forests around our homes.

Eco-friendly houses are designed with a unique dome architecture, which are aligned to natural forces. These properties are rented out and staff are employed locally to enhance a Tourist experience with Nature’s sights and sounds. The campus is aligned to pristine Ecotourism, which allows you to learn about local culture. Every tourist should leave our premises with a heightened degree of Environmental sensitivity. The reason every visitor says WOW when he/she walks into an EL Domo is that we are hardwired for Nature based architecture, there is an awakening fascination for natural forms. A sphere is the most common shape in nature and the strongest shape as well.

Since an EL Domo is a house designed in alignment with forces of nature, it is adept for providing relaxation and puts a smile on you immediately from the first look. And real estate investments are capital intensive, maintenance is a burden.....both of these can be reduced significantly, alongwith cost of ownership/ maintenance by opting for rental income when you are not using it. We provide a platform to share the joy of sharing an awesome experience with others.

Complete Water Management solution

Groundwater management plan becomes mandatory in order to ensure that demand and supply of groundwater is balanced and to avoid overexploitation of Groundwater. This also ensures water availability even during consecutive drought years (failing of monsoon rainfall). The selection of recharge sites is to be carefully done in order to make it very effective for the existing open wells and borewells.
